This year's conference is offering a combination of over 20 lectures and skills sessions focused on the topics of wilderness, disaster, and emergency medicine! In addition, we have lectures covering humanitarian response, austere surgery, military medicine, wilderness bioethics, pre-hospital medicine, search and rescue, and many more!

Join LGBTQ and Allies in Medicine for a lunchtime talk with Joanne Glusman. The talk will specifically focus on the LGBT youth experience and equipping future providers with the skills to effectively communicate with this patient population. Joanne Glusman will be happy to answer any questions on any of her vast areas of expertise, which include psychosocial implications of disease, cultural competency, and sexual health in medicine.
