Before submitting the attached form, you must read the "Ordering Food" site on the Student Center Operations page. This site will explain all procedural rules & policies for submitting any official requests.
This submission form is ONLY for when you do NOT want to use Aramark. If you plan to use Aramark please see the first section on the "Ordering Food" site and follow the instructions

Any purchases not noted on the "Complete Food Order" cannot be refunded.

- Aramark submission - minimum of 5 business days prior to event. 10 business days is best.
- Non-Aramark submission - minimum of 15 business days prior to event.
