Nominations Needed - Mary DeLeo Award

Hi everyone! 

Hope you all had a great break and have had a a good first few days back. 

Here is the description of the faculty award Dr. Sterling mentioned at our class meeting yesterday. "The Mary DeLeo Award is presented to a basic science faculty member who exhibits excellence in Basic Science teaching, as chosen by the Third Year Class." The past two winners are not eligible to be nominated this year: 

• 2016- Gerald H. Sterling, PhD
• 2017- Judith Litvin-Daniels, PhD

Please respond to this email with the name of a faculty member you would like to nominate for the award. We will finalize the nominations in early February, at which time Ruth will send out a ballot with the 6-8 most requested nominees. I will send a reminder again before we finalize the nominations.
