Hi everyone!

I wanted to remind you all about the “Chat with the Deans” on Thursday. The administration wanted to provide a specific forum to give updates, answer questions, and hear feedback from M3s and M4s. This will run very similarly to the Deans Lunches during M1 and M2 but will be addressing topics more relevant to you. And of course there is free food. All the details are below. If you are available on campus at 12:00 PM stop by to get lunch and hear updates from the administration!

Dear Students:
 
We are excited to announce that we will be begin holding “Chat  with the Deans” sessions for all 3rd and 4th year medical students periodically throughout the year.  It will be another way that we can deliver important communications, receive your feedback and discuss any concerns you may have.  These sessions will be specifically tailored to items of interest to MS3s and MS4s.  Given your varying schedules and rotations, we will be offering these meetings in person here in MERB and via WebEx for those students on away rotations or at our affiliate campuses.  (WebEx instructions appear below.) 
 
The first of these sessions will take place on Thursday, December 14th from 12 – 1 pm in 217 MERB.  We will be serving lunch for those able to attend in person.
 
We welcome your participation and look forward to an informative, interactive session.
