CoVER: Philabundance Winter Food and Coat Drive CoVER is partnering with the Community Service Chairs at the Temple main campus to collect dried food items and winter coats for Philabundance, a hunger relief organization that serves more than 700,000 people in 9 counties in PA and NJ. Many of these people do not know where their next meal will come from or if they will have one at all, so any contribution is greatly appreciated. A large box will be placed in the student lounge on the ground floor of the Estes building from Monday, November 20th until Friday, December 8th to collect dried food items (see link: http://www.philabundance.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/Top10-11x17-R02.pdf) and winter coats. Any items donated to this box will count toward Saunders College for College Cup points. Alternatively, if you choose to donate food items through the Amazon Wish List, all you have to do is add the item to your cart from the wish list and it’ll be shipped straight to the school. Please write "Saunders College" in the gift receipt. The link to the Amazon wish list is here: http://a.co/4oZFb34. Contact: Nicole Meckes, [email protected] 2.
