"The Progress Note" blog was started by second-year medical students at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine aiming to document the "life and times of students in the health professions." Click "read more" to read about their endeavor! Check out The Progress Note, your friendly, neighborhood blog on the life and times of students in the health professions! For those of you new to our site, we are a student-run, interprofessional blog aimed at capturing the thoughts and experiences of our future colleagues. We aim to do this in a number of ways:
Blog Posts - If you have a thought you'd like to share, a cool story to reflect on, or even a rant about your life studying the health professions, take a moment to share it on our blog. Feel free to use any medium you like, whether it's photography, poetry, or prose. You'll find that it's not only cathartic, but also a great opportunity to GET PUBLISHED and definitely something you can show off to your friends and family members. That said, if you'd like to write about something of more personal in nature, you always have the opportunity to post anonymously. The Munchausen - basically Yik Yak for our campus. If you've got something funny to say, we want to hear it! Photo of the Month - whether it's a poignant picture of our campus, or just a picture of your classmate sleeping in class, send it on over! Bonus: Entries submitted to "The Progress Note" may go on to be immortalized in our printed publication at the end of the year! Now wouldn't that be a great Christmas present for your mom. If you're interested in submitting a post, becoming a Class Representative for your graduating class, or have any questions/comments, please email us at [email protected]!
