Message from IHI regarding Patient Safety Week: Phi Delta Chi from Temple School of Pharmacy is coordinating a Patient Safety Week from Monday, March 14th - Friday, March 18th at Temple Hospital and would like to invite you all to participate. Patient safety is a concern for all of us. That being said, all professions work together for the end goal of patient well being. We would like to showcase how each discipline integrates for patient safety through this event. Temple Pharmacy is presenting information on various different prescription related topics such as Over-The-Counter medication use, drugs in pregnancy and lactation, how to safely discard medications, etc. You are welcomed to pick any topic of your choosing as long as it focuses on patient safety. We really hope you are able to join us. Here are times that are available - https://docs.google.com/a/temple.edu/spreadsheets/d/12xpIERFwE6vlkavbXQXLglGddlRBwL_pnpJA7kf_2g0/edit?usp=sharing Please contact Amandeep Kaur (Amni) at [email protected] with questions and/or if interested.
